Binance.US Presents: The “Meet Us in the Metaverse” Anniversary Event

How You Can Attend The Event

We’ll be hosting our anniversary event at our virtual Binance.US Lounge in Portals.

Portals is a metaverse platform where you easily create a virtual avatar and drop into an immersive virtual space to interact with the environment, communicate with other players, show off your metaverse self, and more.

You can access our anniversary event with select desktop-based web browsers such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or other browsers of your choice.

How to Claim Your NFT Rewards

By attending our anniversary event, you’ll be able to claim two unique NFTs and apparel for your Ready Player Me avatar. You will receive exclusive access to your very own Binance.US branded Citizen Pod — a private apartment that can be visited in the Portals Metaverse — and a one of a kind limited edition event NFT to display in your Pod. You’ll also get the chance to upgrade your wardrobe with a custom Ready Player Me wearable in Portals and other Metaverse platforms.

These NFTs can be collected by following the steps outlined below.

How to Claim Your Citizen Pod NFT & Limited Edition Event NFT

Your Binance.US branded Citizen Pod NFT and Limited Edition Event NFT will be distributed via airdrops. Several airdrops will happen during the event and a final airdrop will take place after the party concludes.

You will be able to sign up for the airdrops by interacting with the displayed NFT on the wall in the Binance.US Metaverse Lounge. Here, you will fill out a registration form that asks for your Binance.US User ID as well as a hot wallet Solana (SOL) deposit address.

To retrieve your SOL deposit address, we’ve included helpful guides for Phantom, Ledger, Slope, or Solflare wallets. Please note you will be taken to an external third party site that Binance.US has no control over. Always do your own research to ensure you are sharing the correct public-facing deposit address.

Once the form is completed, you will receive an NFT airdrop to your respective wallet during the next batch of airdrops.

How to Claim Your Ready Player Me Hoodie

The Ready Player Me hoodie is a wearable Binance.US branded hoodie that can be worn by your custom Ready Player Me avatar across any game or app in the Portals Metaverse and in other metaverses that support Ready Player Me avatars.

Your hoodie will be available to claim during the anniversary event. Visit the virtual anniversary event space and click the Ready Player Me artwork on the wall to claim your NFT.

Please note you will need to enter your email address on the Ready Player Me website to claim this NFT. Continue reading for step-by-step instructions.

1. Navigate to the Portals room (room link will be shared in the hours leading up to the event) and find the "Ready Player Me" artwork on the walls.

2. Enter your email address on the claim page.

Note: This third party page is hosted by Ready Player Me. Binance.US does not have any control over the page contents. Please proceed at your own discretion.

3. Check your email inbox for a claim code from Ready Player Me.

4. Click the URL included in the email to visit your Ready Player Me Wardrobe.

5. Click "enter Redemption Code" to continue.

6. Enter the Redemption Code you received in the email and click "Redeem".

7. Log in to your Ready Player Me account or click "Sign Up" to create your account.

Note: Your Ready Player Me outfit will be associated with the account you use to log in / sign up.

A Few Reminders Before You Go

• To attend the event, bookmark this article and check back for a special invite link that will take you to the Binance.US Metaverse Lounge.
• You’ll need to have a supported web browser on your computer, such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or a browser of your choice.
• To claim the two unique NFTs and limited edition Ready Player Me apparel, you will need to attend the live event and interact with the displayed NFT on the wall in the Binance.US Metaverse Lounge. Be sure to have your Binance.US User ID and Solana deposit address ready in order to claim your rewards!
